What happens next

1. Every bill. The hospital, each doctor’s group, and which bills may or may not happen.
2. What you’d pay. Enter your plan’s deductible and coinsurance, or choose Medicare or Apple Health.
3. How each bill comes to you. The allowed amount, what your plan pays, and your share, bill by bill.
4. Get it confirmed. A ready-to-send request for each provider and your insurer, and what to say if you call.
